Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 tbsp. water

90 g plain panko breadcrumbs

350 gras skinless halibut fillets, cut into 2.5-cm strips

What you’ll need from the store cupboard:

60 g taco seasoning mix

 

Instructions:

Preheat the Air fryer to 175 ºC and grease an Air fryer basket.

Put the taco seasoning mix in a shallow bowl and whisk together eggs and water in a second bowl.

Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.

Dredge the halibut with taco seasoning mix, then dip into the egg mixture and finally, coat evenly with the breadcrumbs.

Arrange halibut strips into the Air fryer basket and air fry for about 14 minutes, flipping once in between.

Dish out the halibut strips onto serving plates and serve warm.
