Ingredients:

900 g parsnip, peeled and cut into 2.5-cm chunks

15 g butter, melted

What you’ll need from the store cupboard:

40 g honey

1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes, crushed

¼ tsp. red pepper flakes, crushed

Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

 

Instructions:

Preheat the Air fryer to 180 ºC and grease an Air fryer basket.

Mix the parsnips and butter in a bowl and toss to coat well.

Arrange the parsnip chunks in the Air fryer basket and air fry for about 40 minutes.

Mix the remaining ingredients in another large bowl and stir in the parsnip chunks.

Transfer the parsnip chunks in the Air fryer basket and air fry for about 4 minutes.

Dish out the parsnip chunks onto serving plates and serve hot.
