INSTRUCTIONS:

Start with the aid of using mashing the banana in a small Cup. Place the oats, egg, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and yogurt in a separate Cup.

This step is not strictly vital; however, I discovered it facilitates the complete dish’s feel. Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C / 160°C fan assisted Lightly grease a small baking dish with more than one pump of calorie-managed spray oil – I used a 7-inch spherical baking dish.

Once the combination has sat for a half-hour To begin, use half a spoonful of the mixture. Mixture into the organized dish and clean out.

Top with 1/2 of the blueberries. Spoon the relaxation of the combination on the pinnacle and punctiliously unfold it out to the sides of the dish, being cautious now no longer to ‘smoosh’ too many berries. Finally, the pinnacle with the closing berries.

Bake in the center of the preheated Oven for 30 – 35 mins or till the baked oats have become golden brown. Serve warm (or cold – your choice!) with a few more excellent blueberries and a few fats loose yogurt.
