Ingredients:

1 (2¼ kg) boneless turkey breast

15 g butter, softened

What you’ll need from the store cupboard:

1 tsp. dried thyme, crushed

½ tsp. dried sage, crushed

½ tsp. smoked paprika

Salt and ground black pepper, as required

2 tsps. olive oil

120 ml maple syrup

30 g Dijon mustard

 

Instructions:

Preheat the Air fryer to 175 ºC and grease an Air fryer basket. Mix the herbs, paprika, salt,

and black pepper in a bowl. Drizzle the turkey breast with oil and season with the herb mixture.

Arrange the turkey breast into the Air Fryer basket and roast for about 50 minutes, flipping twice in between.

Meanwhile, mix the maple syrup, mustard, and butter in a bowl.

Coat the turkey evenly with maple glaze and roast for about 5 minutes.

Dish out the turkey breast onto a cutting board and cut into desired size slices to serve.
