Serves 6

 

Ingredients:

3 spring onions, finely chopped

1 celery rib, finely chopped

100 g panko breadcrumbs, divided

2 large egg whites

200 g lump crab meat, drained

What you’ll need from the store cupboard:

3 tbsps. mayonnaise

1 medium red bell pepper, finely chopped

¼ tsp. prepared wasabi

Salt, to taste

 

Instructions:

Preheat the Air fryer to 190 ºC and grease an Air fryer basket.

Mix spring onions, red pepper, celery, 40 g of breadcrumbs, egg whites, mayonnaise, wasabi, and salt in a large bowl.

Fold in the crab meat gently and mix well.

Place the remaining breadcrumbs in another bowl.

Make 2-cm thick patties from the mixture and arrange half of the patties into the Air fryer.

Roast for about 12 minutes, flipping once halfway through and repeat with the remaining patties.

Dish out and serve warm.
