Ingredients:

230 g lamb meat

2 small potatoes, peeled and halved

½ small onion, peeled and halved

15 g frozen sweet potato chips What you’ll need from the store cupboard:

1 garlic clove, crushed

½ tbsp. dried rosemary, crushed

5 ml olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat the Air fryer to 180 ºC and arrange a divider in the Air fryer.

Rub the lamb evenly with garlic and rosemary and place on one side of Air fryer divider.

Roast for about 20 minutes and meanwhile, microwave the potatoes for about 4 minutes.

Dish out the potatoes in a large bowl and stir in the olive oil and onions.

Transfer into the Air fryer divider and change the side of lamb ramp.

Air fry for about 15 minutes, flipping once in between and dish out in a bowl.
